On Windows run mstsc; on macOS, iOS or Android install the free Windows App. Connect to the server IP as Administrator.
Questions about Windows
Can I run Windows?
Yes, on plans with 4 GB of RAM or more. Windows Server 2022 and 2025 are available, the license is included, and you connect with Remote Desktop.
Are any ports blocked?
No. Every port is open for TCP and UDP, including SMTP port 25, and there is no rate limiting under normal use. DDoS protection only steps in for attack traffic. In Frankfurt, outgoing port 25 is closed against spam: send mail through 587 or 465, or open a ticket to have it unblocked for your IP.
Can I upgrade later without changing the IP?
Yes. Upgrade to a bigger plan in the same series from the server page; you pay only the difference for the rest of the month and the IP stays the same. Downgrades are not available.
Can I get a refund?
If you topped up your wallet by card and have not bought anything since, that card payment can be refunded in full to the same card: just ask in a support ticket. Once anything has been bought from the wallet, there are no refunds to the card. Cancelling a server credits the unused hours to your wallet, and crypto payments are never sent back to the sender.
