Terms of service

Your account
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account and your servers, including keeping your passwords safe.
Billing
Services are paid from your account wallet, which you top up by card or with USDT or TRX on the TRON (TRC20) network. When a server is created, its monthly price is taken from the wallet up front. If you delete a server before the month ends, the unused time is worked out per hour and credited back to your wallet; a cancellation fee may apply.
A server renews from your wallet each month. If the balance cannot cover the renewal when it is due, the server is deleted and cannot be recovered, so keep your wallet topped up or turn on auto-recharge.
Crypto deposits are credited automatically only when the exact amount shown on the payment page is sent on the TRC20 network. Deposits on another network or for a different amount have to be checked by support and may not be recoverable.
Refunds
If you topped up your wallet by card and have not bought anything since that payment (no server, additional IP or any other service paid from the wallet), you can ask through a support ticket for that card payment to be refunded in full to the card it came from. There is no time limit as long as nothing has been bought.
Once anything has been bought from the wallet, there are no refunds to the card, for any amount, for any server including your first, and at any time.
Cancelling a server is not a refund: billing stops and the unused time is credited to your wallet for future orders. Wallet credit is never paid out. Money paid in cryptocurrency is never sent back to the original address, whether it was used or not. Accounts that broke the acceptable use rules below are not eligible for refunds.
Uptime
We aim for 99.9% network uptime each month. Planned maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance does not count. If we miss this, you can claim account credit by opening a ticket within 72 hours of the incident.
IP addresses
Each server gets a dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 block. Addresses are assigned from the ranges available at the time and cannot be chosen in advance. If an address is blocked or unreachable, we check it and replace it; the first replacement for a service is free and later ones cost $1.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for spam or bulk email, malware, phishing, attacking or scanning other networks, cryptocurrency mining without our written permission, or anything illegal. You may not resell our services without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate services that break these rules without a refund.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
