Questions from traders
Can I run Windows?
Yes, on plans with 4 GB of RAM or more. Windows Server 2022 and 2025 are available, the license is included, and you connect with Remote Desktop.
Do you have other locations?
Yes, two: our main Tier III data center in Istanbul, and Frankfurt, Germany. You pick the location on the order page, and one account and wallet cover both. Within Istanbul, new servers often land in a different IP range from your existing ones, but that is not guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?
If you topped up your wallet by card and have not bought anything since, that card payment can be refunded in full to the same card: just ask in a support ticket. Once anything has been bought from the wallet, there are no refunds to the card. Cancelling a server credits the unused hours to your wallet, and crypto payments are never sent back to the sender.
