WHMCS module
Sell our servers from your own WHMCS, under your brand and at your prices. Paid orders create servers automatically and your customers manage them from your client area.
What it does
- Automatic provisioning
- A paid order creates the server in about a minute and stores its IP and password on the service.
- Your brand only
- Nothing your customers see carries our name. They order through your own WHMCS order form.
- Prices in your currency
- Type what one US dollar is worth in each currency, then price each plan by margin % or as a fixed price.
- Client area
- Status, IPv4/IPv6, credentials with copy buttons, start/stop/restart, password change, reinstall and rename.
- Daily sync
- Re-prices margin products, hides plans we stop selling, refreshes the OS list and each server’s IP and status.
- Balance alerts
- WHMCS admins get an email when your balance no longer covers the next days of renewals.
Requirements and download
WHMCS 7.10 or newer and PHP 7.2 or newer with cURL; tested on WHMCS 9. The module is free.
Download it inside the client panel under Developer → WHMCS Module (my.turkishvps.com/developer/whmcs) after signing in. There is no public download link. Signing up is free.
Install in about ten minutes
Upload the files
Unzip and upload the modules folder into your WHMCS directory, so that modules/servers/turkishvps and modules/addons/turkishvps_reseller exist.
Create an API token
In our panel go to Developer → API Keys and create a token. It is shown only once.
Add the server
In WHMCS: System Settings → Servers → Add New Server, module TurkishVPS, hostname api.turkishvps.com, username empty, the token in the Password field. Test Connection, then save.
Activate the addon
System Settings → Addon Modules → activate TurkishVPS Reseller, Configure, set the default margin and the admin roles.
Import plans
Addons → TurkishVPS Reseller → Products & pricing: enter your exchange rate, tick plans, set prices and save.
Keep it in sync
It syncs daily with the WHMCS cron. To sync more often, add a cron line for modules/addons/turkishvps_reseller/cron.php.
How billing between us works
Every server is paid monthly from your wallet at your cost price, whatever billing cycle your own customer chose. A server whose monthly renewal cannot be paid is deleted and cannot be recovered, so keep your balance topped up. A suspended service still costs you until it is terminated.
Terminate deletes the server and credits the unused time back to your balance, minus the cancellation fee. Upgrades move a server to a larger plan only.
Common problems
- Test Connection fails
- The token must be in the Password field, hostname api.turkishvps.com, and your WHMCS server must allow outgoing HTTPS. A rejected token was revoked or mistyped: create a new one.
- Paid order, no server
- Most often your balance is too low for the plan: top up, then press Create on the service. Also check the product has a plan and a default OS.
- Need help
- Enable System Logs → Module Log in WHMCS, repeat the action and send us the log and the addon’s Activity page in a ticket.
