Questions

Is billing monthly or hourly?

Both. The monthly price is taken from your wallet when the server is created. If you delete it early, the unused hours go back to your wallet automatically.

Can I get a refund?

If you topped up your wallet by card and have not bought anything since, that card payment can be refunded in full to the same card: just ask in a support ticket. Once anything has been bought from the wallet, there are no refunds to the card. Cancelling a server credits the unused hours to your wallet, and crypto payments are never sent back to the sender.

Which IP range will I get?

A dedicated Turkish IPv4 from one of several ranges, depending on what is available. We cannot promise a specific range. If your IP turns out to be blocked, open a ticket: we check it and replace it, and the first replacement is free.

Can I run Windows?

Yes, on plans with 4 GB RAM or more. Windows Server 2022 and 2025 are available, the license is included, and you connect with Remote Desktop.

Is there a traffic limit?

No. Incoming and outgoing traffic is free and unmetered on every plan. The usage graph in the panel is only there for your information.

Do you have servers in Germany?

Yes. Besides Istanbul we run servers in Frankfurt, Germany, with Linux or MikroTik CHR and unlimited traffic. Windows is offered in Istanbul only. Choose Frankfurt as the location when you order.
