Upload your code
Clone your repository over SSH and install Python or Node.js.

Run the bot under systemd, pm2 or Docker so it restarts on its own.
Questions
Is billing monthly or hourly?
Both. The monthly price is taken from your wallet when the server is created. If you delete it early, the unused hours go back to your wallet automatically, minus a $0.30 cancellation fee.
Are any ports blocked?
No. Every port is open for TCP and UDP, including SMTP port 25, and there is no rate limiting under normal use. DDoS protection only steps in for attack traffic. In Frankfurt, outgoing port 25 is closed against spam: send mail through 587 or 465, or open a ticket to have it unblocked for your IP.
How fast is my server ready?
Setup is automatic. Most servers are online within a few minutes of ordering, and the root or Administrator password appears in your panel.
Can I upgrade later without changing the IP?
Yes. Upgrade to a bigger plan in the same series from the server page; you pay only the difference for the rest of the month and the IP stays the same. Downgrades are not available.
Prefer it ready-made?
On a Frankfurt (Germany) server, these apps can be installed for you at order — free, you pay only the plan. Not available in Istanbul.
