How to start
Order Ubuntu or Debian
Pick a Cloud plan with Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian.
Install the VPN
Log in over SSH as root and install WireGuard, OpenVPN or Outline with their official install guides.
Add your devices
Create one profile per device and import it into the app.
Use it fairly
A VPN for your own use is fine. Using the server to attack, scan or spam others breaks our acceptable use rules and leads to suspension. See the terms.
Questions
Are any ports blocked?
No. Every port is open for TCP and UDP, including SMTP port 25, and there is no rate limiting under normal use. DDoS protection only steps in for attack traffic. In Frankfurt, outgoing port 25 is closed against spam: send mail through 587 or 465, or open a ticket to have it unblocked for your IP.
Is there a traffic limit?
No. Incoming and outgoing traffic is free and unmetered on every plan. The usage graph in the panel is there for your information only.
What if my IP is blocked?
Open a ticket without deleting the server. We check the IP ourselves and replace it if it is really blocked. The first replacement for a server is free, later ones cost $1. Most are done in under 30 minutes, at most in about 2 hours. Cancelling and re-ordering does not get you a new IP.
Which IP range will I get?
A dedicated Turkish IPv4 from one of several ranges, depending on what is available at the time. We cannot promise a specific range or subnet.
Prefer it ready-made?
On a Frankfurt (Germany) server, these apps can be installed for you at order — free, you pay only the plan. Not available in Istanbul.
