Payment methods

Everything is paid from your account wallet. Top it up with crypto or a card, then order and renew servers from the balance.

Pay with USDT or TRX

  1. Open Billing → Top up

In your panel, choose the amount and pick USDT or TRX.

  2. Copy the exact amount

The payment page shows the address and an exact amount. Copy both, do not retype the amount.

  3. Send on TRC20

When withdrawing from an exchange such as Binance or OKX, select the TRON (TRC20) network. ERC20 or BEP20 deposits cannot be credited automatically.

  4. Wait 1 to 5 minutes

The deposit is matched by its exact amount and credited after network confirmation.

Pay by card

Visa, Mastercard and Amex are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and is never stored by us.

Turn on auto-recharge under Billing → Top up to save a card. Your wallet is then topped up only when a renewal is about to fall short. If your bank asks for 3D Secure verification, auto-recharge switches itself off and we email you to add the card again.

Refunds and credit

A card top-up you have not spent can be refunded in full to the card it came from: if nothing has been bought from your wallet since that payment, ask in a support ticket. Once anything has been bought, there are no refunds to the card. Cancelling a server is settled as wallet credit for the unused time, never paid out, and every crypto payment stays as wallet credit. Crypto is never sent back to the sending address.

Payment questions

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

USDT and TRX on the TRON (TRC20) network only. Bitcoin and Ethereum are not accepted. Network fees on TRC20 are under $1.

Can my card be charged automatically?

Yes. Turn on auto-recharge under Billing → Top up in the panel and save a card. Your wallet is then topped up only when a renewal is about to fall short.

Can I get a refund?

If you topped up your wallet by card and have not bought anything since, that card payment can be refunded in full to the same card: just ask in a support ticket. Once anything has been bought from the wallet, there are no refunds to the card. Cancelling a server credits the unused hours to your wallet, and crypto payments are never sent back to the sender.

Is billing monthly or hourly?

Both. The monthly price is taken from your wallet when the server is created. If you delete it early, the unused hours go back to your wallet automatically, minus a $0.30 cancellation fee.
